Dr. Cole directs all the mission ministries of Union Baptist Association. He has served UBA since 1987. One of the many significant ministries he performs is to be a pastor to the pastors of Union Association. When a pastor needs advice or a listening ear, he can turn to Dr. Cole for prayer support, encouragement and Biblical help. There are also times when a congregation is without a pastor and they can turn to Dr. Cole for assistance in their search for God's man to lead their congregation. Dr. Cole administers the budget approved by the messengers at the annual meeting of the Association and oversees all the ministries of UBA.

Preston works to equip church leaders for ministry. He helps churches to improve their ministries by working as a consultant with them and by planning training events. Preston has served UBA since January of 1997. All areas of leadership training are included in his responsibilities. Oklahoma Baptist University makes college credit courses available in a program called Ministry Training Institute. Preston directs the MTI for UBA. Preston also is responsible for editing The UBA Bulletin, our monthly newsletter. The latest issue is available in PDF format in the Info Center of this web site. Preston is also available to serve as a Transitional Interim to churches of UBA.

Donann can answer your questions and find what you need. She handles publications and publicity. She makes several services available to the churches of UBA. In the Media Center she can check out videos, cassette tapes, overhead projectors, slide projectors,  video projector and screens to the churches of UBA. She helps churches with printing needs for color copies and transparencies. Donann takes care of our VBS bookstore to make materials from LifeWay available to the churches of UBA.

Beth makes sure the mission money gets to the right place at the right time to do the work of the Association. Beth offers assistance to the churches of UBA in financial record keeping, setting up records, what to keep and how to figure taxes for the church staff. Beth stays up to date on legal issues affecting the churches. She can be a great help to church treasurers, clerks, bookeepers, secretaries, and those responsible for the operations of the church. She also serves as Dr. Tom Cole's Administrative Assistant.
